For anywhere else including Channel islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish islands, Northern Ireland & rest of the world, please do contact us via email to make arrangements & check the costs. Items are packed securely and normally sent within 24hours from confirmation of payment Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Items are dispatched with targeted delivery time between 1 - 2 days. If we don't hear from you about non receipt of item within 7 days of ordering the item, we'd assume it delivered. Non receipt claims won't be admissible after 7 days of order placed. No PO Boxes.

We Accept all major debit & credit cards. All payments need to be cleared before products are shipped.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase only with original pakcaging if the item is faulty or totally not as described. Return postage will be paid by the buyer. Due to hygiene issues, usable/ fillable items can only be returned if they have not been used unless faulty.
