Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Smoke Shop website and any purchase of goods from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Smoke Shop operates as an online retailer in the United Kingdom. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer law.

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in force when you place an order will apply to that order.
2. Eligibility and age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase nicotine products, e-liquids, disposable vapes and other age-restricted goods from Smoke Shop. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the products are for your own use or for another adult aged 18 or over.
We may request age verification at checkout, before dispatch or on delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
3. Orders and pricing
An order placed through our website is an offer to buy. We accept the offer when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first. We may decline or cancel an order (for example due to stock, pricing error, suspected fraud or failed age checks).
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any payment taken. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order using the methods offered at checkout. Title to goods passes to you once we have received payment in full and the goods have been dispatched. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide, subject to our Delivery Policy.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom according to the options and timescales described in our Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for arranging for someone aged 18 or over to receive age-restricted parcels where required.
6. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Images are for illustration; packaging and formulations may change. Nicotine products are addictive and intended for adult smokers and vapers only. Always read product labels and warnings. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable, seek independent advice before purchase.
7. Your consumer rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If goods are faulty, incorrectly described or otherwise do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as the law allows.
For distance sales you may also have a cooling-off right for certain unused goods. See our Returns Policy for how to exercise these rights. Hygienic and sealed products opened after delivery may be excluded from cooling-off returns where the law permits.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or losses arising from events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods (including delivery charges paid for that order), except where the law requires otherwise.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts where consumer law allows.
