Items are packed securely and normally sent within 24hours from confirmation of payment Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Items are dispatched with targeted delivery time between 1 - 2 days. If we don't hear from you about non receipt of item within 7 days of ordering the item, we'd assume it delivered.
